Why don't you come and introduce yourself in the Welcome section at the top of the forum. Then have a look around the rest of it.
Do not post or start claiming until you have read the entire FAQ section and step by step guides and you have a good basic idea of what to do and of the layout of the forum.
Good luck claiming your bank charges.

Default CAB 'Dealing with Debt' Self Help Pack

I don't know if this will be any good to anyone, but I've just found the above amongst my paperwork, which the CAB gave me 4 years ago [I don't know if it's still in date, but I should imagine that it hasn't changed that much]. It's got really helpful advice, i.e what to do if creditors harrass you, reducing payments on court orders, attachment of earnings etc etc

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a scanner, but I'm quite willing to type it up into a word doc and email to a mod to see if you think it's relevant and could perhaps help people.

Let me know.
