Kwik Fit Legal Proceedings

Apologies if this is in completely the wrong place, but I'm after a little help.

Hubby and I are about to issue proceedings against this lot, I won't go in to details for obvious reasons, but as their head office is in Scotland, how do we go about it?

Any help would be gratefully received!

With a Limited Company, you don't have to serve the claim at their registered office.

It can also be their principal office or any place of business of the company within the jurisdiction which has a real connection with the claim (ie the branch subject to the claim)
