Is fred likely to have this info?...
| Probably not.
Making an offer of payment in writing would be classed as an acknowledgement of the debt but DCA's generally are very poor with keeping paperwork. Personally I would just send them a statute barred letter. Quote: |
Also I believe bryan carter are conected with fred...is there any history of them attempting to sue in scotland?
| BC are very strongly connected with Fred but I have never known them to take action in Scotland. Perhaps it's because he's not qualified to act as a solicitor in Scotland so can't charge fees as a solicitor. |

I think I may have acknowledged the alleged debt march 2004 with a dca asking for payment plan which was refused. Is fred likely to have this info?...I have not, since then communicated with any off a long line of dca's. Therefore my question is do think since i've made no payment since june 2003 this can be safely statue barred??

dave | Hi Dave

Did you just sit tight? |

| It's highly unlikely. He isn't qualified to act as a solicitor in Scotland so couldn't claim any fees as a solicitor plus would have to enter an argument based on Scots Law which you could easily defend. |
