Redetermination application by a creditor

Nine or Ten years ago I became very ill for several months, unable even to walk. The consequence was I lost my business and my bankers at that time (Nat West) would not accept any offer from me for the repayment of loans.

The judge showed them no mercy, obviously the CCJ was granted but he ordered repayment at £5.00 per month. I have never defaulted.

All my other creditors were understanding and I paid them back over the years.

Completely out of the blue I have recieved notification of a redetermination hearing to be transferred to my local county court. I have checked around for advice, but this is usually used by debtors trying to reduce payments not creditors attempting to increase payments as far as I can tell.

Is the best course of action to lodge an I & E statement with the court? How often can Nat West do this and on what grounds?

I have read on the forums that some DCAs are using this to get payments increased. However, I know very little about it.
