| Re: Robinson Way Taking Me To Court For Unlawfull Charges It was my understanding that if the account is in default, they can't add interest and also fees are not reclaimable through the small claims court.
Have you requested your CCA through the CPR? |

U sent the CPR request have u checked it has been recieved? You can use the following website for this. www.royalmail.com it is easy to use but if u have any problems shout for one of us.
How many days did u give them to reply and did u state days or working days as the law finds these totally different, working days are monday to friday. |

| Re: Court action threatenend rite then when u file your docs in court you need to make it very clear to the courts that they are stopping u from filing more than a skeleton defence.
Make it clear they have failed to repond to you CPR request as well.
Will give more /better advise when not so tired.
