It's important not to sign the form... if at all possible, do it via the online form The requested resource (/HMCSCourtFinder/tiles/Her Majesty's Courts Service -Forms and Guidance) is not available or The requested resource (/HMCSCourtFinder/tiles/Her Majesty's Courts Service -Forms and Guidance) is not available

hi,
couple of things:

Quote:
Section A - Settlement
tick no
i assume this is for all 3 questions in this section, if so, is there an appropriate reason i could use to explain why?
Quote:
Track
tick small claims as long as the claim is below 5000

their claim, including costs is for over £6000, do i still tick small claims?
group h on my paper is for fees.
do i have a fee to pay
and lastly, i presume i copy all and send copy to arrow?
sorry to be such a pain, but although grey now, i used to be blonde

If they have your signature, then there is nothing stoping them having an executed credit agreement bar ten minutes in photoshop.

Dishonest, and I don't accuse any particular company of doing such.

A typed signature, in english law, is a signature - you don't need to hand write it.

PAUL
SECTION A ,
has 3 questions,
1. given that the rules require you to try to settle the claim before the hearing, do you want to attempt to settle at this stage?
2. if yes, do you want a 1 month stay?
3. would you like the court to arrange a mediation appointment?
4. if you answered " no " to question 1,please staate below the reasons why it is inappropriate to try to settle at this stage

their claim is for £5790 plus costs

Do you wish there to be a one month stay to attempt to settle the claim, either by informal discussion or by alternative dispute resolution?

Erm, can you scan a copy of the "Forms" you have recieved?

Edit, you don't "file" the forms online, you fill them out then print them.
