If they have your signature, then there is nothing stoping them having an executed credit agreement bar ten minutes in photoshop.
Dishonest, and I don't accuse any particular company of doing such.
A typed signature, in english law, is a signature - you don't need to hand write it. |

you can still ask for the case to be allocated to small claims so i would tick Small claims for sure, the judge will decide anyway

Edit, you don't "file" the forms online, you fill them out then print them.
