hi, back online now, so should be able to answer more quickly.
originally sent a cca to transcom who were collecting the money for arrow. back inapril 07, they sent back a statement of monies i had paid them. ( they took over from paragon in feb 07).
i have never received a default notice from them.
i received the letter threatening court on 10th nov 07 giving me till the 15th nov 07 to send them CLEARED funds.

the court summons was dated 22 nov 07
by the way, i had consulted a solicitor in august who wrote to arrow, they never received a reply either.
is there anything else you need to know?
and thanks for your help

thanks paul,
but if the letter is from them, they will have provided it... but over 5 days late.
will this make a difference?
sorry to sound so dumb, but i am a complete novice at this and probably way out of my depth
( getting nervous as the time draws near)

right then, ok, heres what we do, get the letter, then as a matter of urgency let us know what the letter is,i can put up the defence to the action as it stands and then if the letter is no good or not what you have asked for, you will have a defence to use, if the letter is what you want we can take it from there

regards
paul

oh ok, just wanted to check, now is the address on the form the correct one? i have known for companies to make mistakes, like littlewoods did with me when they wrote my new address onto the alleged credit agreement, the problem was of course i only moved in recently so there was no way the form was the original, if you see what im getting at

regards
paul

the usual applies, its your decision to use it, i am offering it purely as guidance as im not a qualified lawyer.
