an update,missed the postman, but he left a note, registered letter waitng for me, will be re-delivered tomorrow, not expecting anything, so can only assume it is from arrow, even though it is late,
as the final date is for mon.( i will have to file something before friday)
can anyone advice me what to do?

| Re: County Court Summons - can i defend it? right then, ok, heres what we do, get the letter, then as a matter of urgency let us know what the letter is,i can put up the defence to the action as it stands and then if the letter is no good or not what you have asked for, you will have a defence to use, if the letter is what you want we can take it from there

can we just confirm, you have recieved a copy of your credit agreement in the past yes? if so can you scan in a copy so we can check it over, remove all personal details first

| Re: County Court Summons - can i defend it? oh ok, just wanted to check,now is the address on the form the correct one? i have known for companies to make mistakes, like littlewoods did with me when they wrote my new address onto the alleged credit agreement, the problem was of course i only moved in recently so there was no way the form was the original, if you see what im getting at
