| Re: URGENT CCJ help needed Hmm what exactly are they claiming for then? I suppose they are saying that you breached the contract, but then again they didn't actually successfully claim for you. Just thinking out loud, I don't see how they can successfully claim for something they didn't do.
Do you have a copy of the contract? |

| Re: URGENT CCJ help needed Sorry I didn't notice. I have now read the contract. Did you send the CPR Part 18 request that caro suggested? Quote: |
Would this constitute as a full breakdown of charges?
| No, it just gives a final figure it doesn't state what work was done or any other details. |

| Re: URGENT CCJ help needed hi.
To be honest with the bank claim going through my head I forgot about this claim that has been made against me. (silly memory problems again)
And i forgot to turn up at court (oop's) However the claimant did not turn up either woohoo.
So I got a a copy of an order from the judge today and he has struck the claim out. get in. good bye Pitmans.
Your all so wonderful lol
Oh by the way caro i was talking about tomterm's last post I've already posted my defence and sent it in. (as the order proves). |

To be honest, I think you've been quite lucky, LOL - if they turned up, the minimum that would have happened is a order that you amend your defence, which would have cost you money - but any win will do even one by default
Congratulations. |

| Re: URGENT CCJ help needed **WON** A new twist in this has come afoot.
The claimant has asked for leave to ammend a claim.
The judge has continued to grant leave to the claimant on more than 1 occasion. And the solicitor Pitmans have submited the same evidence with big red lines through it with the word AMENDED at the top with a big red line underneath it.
I have said there prices amount to extortion and are penalty charges. They simply resubmit the same Crap.
Appologise for the french but thisisgetting beond a joke dont you agree?
they have reduced the amount owed to £513.16.
Well at least I am learning something from the rulesof litigiation its a shame about the solicitors.
They even use my old address on the claim form and have sent the formsto my current address.
Are you as confused asI am about all of this? |
