quick question
welcome in there court defence state that the personel loan agreement does not state the ammount of credit , being a prescribed term , grants that a court cannot enforce the agreement. will repost below the part of there defence
what are the chances of the court making the agreement enforceble
suggestions please

just an update
have received a notice of application hearing in december.
this is for my ammendment of poc
a judge goes over it, and then allows my new poc.
do i have to attend this hearing or is it a formality

on the finance agreements it states acceptance fees, yet on the statement of account it states disbursal of fees

three months ago i served a section 10 data protection notice on welcome finance.
tday i checked my credit file and they have started again updating the default

i think it is about time i turned up the heat on welcome
i am now requesting from welcome the repayment of ppi and charges.
request going off on monday, no doubt ill get a bog off letter but will be expected.
my allocation hearing on the agreements is on the 18 of this month so this will give them something else to think off.
just a quick question, on calculating the interest do i use the very high apr that welcome had been charging me or the normal 8%
