| Re: Welcome Finance see the hmcs website about which track a claim should be heard in, the court will decide but you will need to argue your case eg for small claims at that hearing so make sure you do your homework, WF will try to force another track so that they can scare you with as much charges as possible. |

looks like our claims are on the same time scale which is interesting.
c palmer is dealing with mine also, like u said polite chap
thought i would mention have got rid of dca handling one of the accounts, sent back to welcome

Status codes query? status 8, according the this site means your agreement has ended and you have not made any efforto pay (read exact wording) so why do some lenders report this status 8 when creditors are still paying but may have missed around2 or 3 payments and then continue to pay??
it seems to me that this is misinformation, creditors are arguing they have the right to process a default without a default notice just for falling behind but this does not seem to me that this is the correct meaning of the information on this site, any ideas. |
