Default can anyone help
Hi I've got a number of defaults from a couple of years ago on credit cards. I have paid all of these off can I get them removed now and if so can anyone point me inthe right direction to doing this. Is there a template letter that may help. Thanks billybz

Firstly, how old are the defaults and secondly is there a pressing need for you to remove them? I ask the last question because it is notoriously hard to remove them especially if you've repaid them already. Also, are they marked as satisfied on your credit reports.

Firstly like to say great web-site, and have already actioned lots of points, just awaiting responses, so donantions on way team just in time for christmas.
Anyway Hitachi Capital Agreement dated the 07-08-07 12 months interest free agreement.
Surname spelt incorrectly and the box where it states ..this is a Credit agreement regulated by the CCA 1974- sign it only if you want to be legally bound by the terms is "NOT SIGNED" I have however signed for the 5 year anti-stain.. _(kids nightmares)
Shall I ring them and tell them the good news or put it into writing requested a full refund, and which document should I use.
