Stage 2...tackling the CRA!!

Hi all,
i'm more used to posting in the debt collections forums, but having recently paid off some debts and had the acounts closed, i need some further advice

I have currently about 3 CCJ's, some finishing sooner than others, but it's the defaults that im planning to tackle first. My question is, can i get them removed now that i have paid the debts? I realise i'll probably have to wait until they drop off my credit file, but was just wondering if i can do it sooner?
As usual, any advice greatly recieved!

You should be able to contact the company concerned and ask that they remove the defualts, but they will probably tag them with "satisfied"

As for the CCJ's once there paid you can then get a letter of satisfaction, to show that it was all cleared. but even if satisfied they will stay on your file for the 6 years, unless someone else knows something i dont lol
