| Re: Default Barclays running credit account Send them a CCA request and include within it a request to see the default notice that was sent to you and the notice of assignment from the original creditor.
I can send you a letter to use if you PM me.

| Re: Default Barclays running credit account B11 as far as I am aware they do need to send you a default notice. All a default notice is them telling you that they are terminating the account due to your not meeting your contractual obligations to them. Barclays do usually send them out. I know because they sent me one on my 21st Birthday many moons ago, to terminate my account(s) with them. I've still got it
Funnily enough I am banking with them again (yiikes) and have my Business Bank Account with them too!
