You will have to register before you can post or view the materials which may assist you in reclaiming your penalty charges: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below. Understand what you are doing and you will be able to Reclaim the Right more effectively.

Why don't you come and introduce yourself in the Welcome section at the top of the forum. Then have a look around the rest of it.
Do not post or start claiming until you have read the entire FAQ section and step by step guides and you have a good basic idea of what to do and of the layout of the forum.
Good luck claiming your bank charges.

Just saying hi, my first post and currently dealing with a mountain of debt, divorce and disability ! Just spent all morning faxing of offers of payments to all seven of my creditors and awaiting their reaction ! ! This was done with the help of PayPlan (Free Debt Management company | Payplan)whom I found on good old Google.

i must say it is a relief to have found this forum and to realise that I am not alone in this and similar situations. What particularly got me angry was the relentlessness of Debt Agency telphone calls, I have had them as late as 8. 50 pm and on Sunday mornings ! I always think, what a way to earn a living ! ! Anyway, I think I will become a regular here on this site and am already planning on trying to recoup my extortionate bank charges from Smile (£75 commission ? ? what is that) and then some.

Power to the People
