newbie requires help

after being forwarded to your site via another i have found some very interesting reading, therefore i will be visiting very frequently.

can anyone supply me with some information regards claiming my bank charges back? i still have statement dating back years,very well they have been from previous addresses but same account. these charges are amounting top thousands over the years, they are with the clydesdale bank with i now believe is co-operative ( may be wrong here). i have read the step by step guide but i am still a bit vague on the matter. what type of letter do i post? who do i address it to? what should i put in it? should i take photo copies of documents etc? any help would be gratefully appreciated

Welcome to the forum. It really does take a few days to read through the FAQ's and get to understand the process. I would also suggest doing a search on Clydesdale, as we have a number of users who have been dealing with them.

All the templates you need are in the Bank Template Library - but remember that this is a legal process that could end up in court, it is therefore vital that you fully understand what you are doing.
