Sent my Subject Access Request on March 14 with cheque for £10. Co-Op cashed the cheque and responded with letter after two weeks saying that it would comply within the 40 days.
I'm surprised that the bank cashed the cheque having read so much on this forum.

Will keep you all posted.

Hello Wat,

I'm about 3 weeks behind you with the Subject Access Request, I too was surprised that they credited your chq, everyone else here has had it returned back.

I'll post when I finally get my statements and let you know if they credit the PO i sent

Yes some jammy banks are cashing the cheques - but hey you can claim it back I suppose!!!!
