| apllrd vs co-op Hi Chaps and Chapesses,
Requested the list of charges back on the 2nd march and they arrived today,
had almost all my statements from the bank so this was just to plug the gaps, anyway, grand total of £4788.50 :o is in contention.
just about to fill in the spreadsheets, i will not be asking for interest at this point but i think it would amount to around £800 at this time.
will post of preliminary letter later today.
will keep everyone posted, thanks for any input. |

| Re: apllrd vs co-op Now that's what I call a tidy sum! The hard waiting period is now behind you. It all happens in 14 day batches from now on. Nice little extra for the summer. All the best. As lively lad says ' keep reading' this is sound advice, Sally |

| Re: apllrd vs co-op sent off the LBA on 02/05, got another reply yesterday dated the 21st saying they still required more time to investigate and someone from the CRT would be in touch within the next 4 weeks.
I'm in no rush for the dosh so i will hang on a few more weeks before filing with the small claims. |
