Dave v Co-Operative Bank Credit Card

About a yr ago my account was closed after I settled it in full. Now, I dont have any statements or details regarding my account number. I want to start a claim against them asap. Can I just write to them requesting the account number? My address and phone details are all the same as when I did have the account.

Any advice would be great.

Just send your S.A.R off with all the details you have like full name,address that relates to the account, D,O,B, Telephone numbers, anything that you used when you applied for card that should be enough for them to track it down.

Never done anything about this so going to get it started again now.
Problem is, I now have a co-operative bank account which im happy with, mainly because it was the only bank account I could get opened. Would I be putting this in danger with a claim from their credit card?

Cant see why it should davy, I claimed charges back on my bank account over a yr ago now and im still banking with them.
