17 Subject Access Request letters and counting

Hey Folks

This is a fantastic web-site / forum, everyone seems genuine in their efforts !! I have sent out 17 standard Subject Access Request letters to Barclaycard, RBS, NatWest, Capital one, Egg, MBNA, Amex, Bank of Scotland, Morgan Stanley, Lloyds, Associates and a few others. All recorded delivery.


Everyone of these corporate companies with fat cat bosses are going to get screwed by ordinary folk !!!!!.

I am so determined to get every penny back that I could not sleep !!

The boot is on the other foot now !!!! and boy are the going to get a kicking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I spoke to AIC, Glasgow a debt collection company who are collecting £100 a mth from me every month and guess what I told them I am not paying as the original RBS loan is now in dispute !. They were stunned but did not argue one bit. They said we have not overcharged you aahhhhhhhh what a shame ! I said tough !!!!. They tried to settle a lower figure with me but I said no until the dispute is resolved.
