HI havent got a clue how much mine is for went back through 12 months online and its over £300 in one year,so it will be a few quid,also taking on abbey as well , all the best. Although take advice from this site and we will both win our money back everyone else seems to.JUST stay strong and see it to the end

It was my prelim that i sent yesterday,
it took them the full 40 days to get mine back off them they returned the cheque and just sent me a list of charges, im going to start with all my old credit cards next week, should have a good summer if i get all this money back!

just got a cheque through for 1830 just sent them another letter asking for the rest!!! They should be sending me another cheque through for just over 900 is this the sase do theu usually sent it in bits and bobs?? or should i just be happy with what iv got

not known them send bits and bobs/probley hopeing you will treat it as full and final settlement,did they not enclose a letter with this.depends what u want from this,some might say as they have given you some go for the rest,depends what your happy with. good luck

claim won after two letters they just credited my account today with £1085 thanks to all who have advised me on this claim now on to shabbey abbey some how i dont think they will be so easy
