Bank Charges and Interest Charges

Around 8 years ago I had problems with making the full payments to my credit cards and bank overdraft. Obviously huge costs were incurred. As the next step I used a debt management company for around 18months. I then realised it was costing me a fortune and decided to manage them myself. For four years Citifinancial charged me £25 per month as was unable to make the full payment they wanted despite contacting them on regular occassions. Does this qualify?

Bank Charges and Interest Charges

8 years ago I had problems with making the full payments to my co-operative bank credit card. Obviously huge costs were incurred. As the next step I used a debt management company for around 18months and then dealt with it myself. The co-operative bank credit card refused to cancel all interest charges (unlike Barclaycard) I now realise that I have already paid more in interest than the original debt and I still have over £3,500 to go and each month the interest is £70 and my payment is £89. What can I do?

Yes you can reclaim this charge. You need to spend some time reading the FAQS and step by step instructions. Once you are sure of how the process works start a thread in your banks forum and post your questions there. Please stick to one thread you have posted this same question 3 times.

Sorry first time using the site. There is however another question about the co-operative bank. Any help you can give me one would also be much appreciated.
