Hi Guys

Greetings to all out there in cyberland. Advice required please! Having lurked on this excellent forum, following preliminary letter received £2000+ from this "ethical" (they say so) bank, "as a gesture of goodwill" (ha!), reckoned there was still a missing £1500 or so. Fired off a letter to them on 26/01 asking for the rest. Second "we are sorry blah blah, a member of our customer care bears team will be in touch" letter received, but their 14 days (my timescale) is up, and no wonga.

How best to proceed now?

PS: this site is the canine's scrotae! Donation will be made.

if not do so now giving 14 days
if it was a LBA
move it to MCOL.

or
there are some contact numbers in the above bank details sticky
might be an idea to give someone a ring?
