Hello The co op have charged me £90 over the last 11 mths, b4 i send the letter, one concern will they close my account out o spite? I have no credit facilities with em, just an electron card?

Banks can close your account at any time, as the fancy takes them.
But it's not something that happens very often, especially on a first claim.

If you are concerned, then open a parachute account, just in case.

if they do it will be well could be deemed as retalitory action against your claim then they are on very dodgy ground.
