Default Kevr6384 v Co-op Bank

Hi All,

Subject Access Request sent today to the co-op as i recall having a nightmare with charges a few years back !

I did not know my account number so provided some personal details and a current bank statement as proof of address ?

Was this the correct thing to do ?

Will keep this updated as time goes by.

Thanks

Kev

Update

Response to Subject Access Request recieved 19th January 2007 so well within the time limit.

A nice spreadsheet was also attached which adds up to unfair charges of £324.

Therefore prelim letter will be posted tomorrow !

Will keep this updated as things move on !

Thanks
