Just had a phone call from Co-op, I said, Oooh can you do this by letter I really dont want to discuss over the phone, she said, Oh was just about to tell you that we are refunding it, do you want it straight into your account!! INcidentally, the lady was lovely.
Edit to say, she did say, "we were going to quibble over the 7.01 interest, as you would normally have to pay that, but as its such a small amount, its better you have it than us"
*lynz wears a very jubilant smile indeed*
