You would do your claim via the co-op, your dmp has nothing to do with them.

Just do a standard Subject Access Request and get all your info and take it from there.

Do you mind if I ask when you filed MCOL and how much it was for?? I'm due to do mine next week and I'm just wondering if I will need to or if they will refund before. Thanks

hI I FILED MINE ONE THE 12/09/2006
my reply from the courts was on the thursday in writing stating Co-Op would recieve theirs by the 18th first class and they have til the 02-10-06 to reply
hope this helps
mind you maybe you can answer some thing for me,
teh co op was easy small fry really and there was no % to calculate but i have been through my other accounts this morning and for just one account with the HSBC i have calculates £504 plus £115 in % was more but they refunded £140 recently,
but the thing is since nov 2005 they have made me go overdrawn around 750 can i claim this back too? its jsut if tehy refund these charges to this account they will be swallowed up by the overdraft they caused adn then there will be an opertunity for them to start the whole process again!
also i have also a credit card or did its now with the collection agency is it still the same prinicpal as bank charges?
