Default Can I still claim frim Co-op?

Hi everyone this site is very new to me and this is my first post.

I just wondered if anyone could help me. I had a co-op bank account for around 6 years which I had my wages paid into every week, when I hit hard times I had small cheques bounce and was charged so much money by co-op.

Once I had paid back what I owed them I closed my account due to the charges. This was about 3 years ago now. I still have every statement they ever sent me.

Can I claim back these bank charges eve though the account is closed? Is it worth me trying to do so (I think charges total around £200) or will they just tell me to go away!

Any advise would be a great help.

Yes you can still claim for this but you can only claim back 6 years in total from now so you will only be claiming back to 2000. Not sure what is meant by the main page. Your response will be best dealt with if you stay here. Keep us updated.
