Whoops - sorry for delay in updating this, here goes -

Prelim sent 180906
LBA sent 171006

'Looking into complaint' letter received 22/09/2006
Further 'Looking into complaint' letter received 12/10/2006 (asking for 6 weeks!)

This morning! (28/10/06) - letter received offering all charges back, but refusing interest and postal costs, Subject Access Request, etc so letter will be going accdepting partial payment and giving a further 7 days before court proeedings are issued!

Also had news on Cap One - See Mrs NcF vs Cap One thread!

BIG thanks to all here ANOTHER donation will follow soon!!
