Smile Sarah Vs CO-OP: Advice needed

Right im back again, iv just claimed my bank charges back from halifax and got £1000 back. However for this one i need a bit of advice, ill start from the beginning. With this account i had a £300 overdraft, quite a few of my direct debits got taken out and i didnt have the money to pay them so i got quite alot of bank charges which have now taken my account to -£450. Because i wasnt able to pay money into the account they have taken all overdrafts of me and i have to pay the full amount back asap. i know if i reclaimed my bank charges back for the past 6 years on this account it would be about £600. They have also blocked my internet access so i cant get to my statements to start the claiming process of. Now here are my questions: How do i get them to stop any legal action that they may take towards me whilst i claim back my money and how do i get them to give me back my internet access so i can start claiming my money back?
I would really appreciate it someone could reply asap because i am pretty desperate now!!

Try sending them an adapted version of this letter here Account_in_Dispute I know you haven't actually started any action against them yet - but see below.

I'm really not sure how you can ask them to re-instate this - hopefully an experienced co-op claimant can advise. However, I'd strongly advise you to send them a Subject Access Request for your statements - at least this way, they can't (in theory!) ignore your request and it makes it clear that you intend to start a claim to recover your charges should you find they've applied them to your account (which they obviously have!). Once you receive the statements you can commence with your claim against them.
