Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 1	Mr Ishmael vs Co-op SETTLED Good Afternoon, I must start by thanking everyone who has contributed to this forum for their help, particularly the letter templates which were invaluable. I sent an initial letter requesting my bank statements for the last 6 years with a 10-pound cheque (they had originally tried to charge me some 5-pounds per statement!). These arrived well within a month. I followed this up with a spreadsheet and a Preliminary letter for repayment to the tune of 755 pounds and they responded within 2 weeks offering me a 'goodwill' settlement of 655 pounds. It wasn't so much an offer...since i only realised i had my claim settled when i noticed my account had been credited. Still i'm very happy with the outcome Many thanks Oliver Ishmael
