| | Basic Account Customer | Re : Any Advice??? Just an update on my case so far.
S.A.R sent 14th June
Statements recieved 29th July
Prelim letter sent 9th August requesting total of £1733
Reply recieved 15th August asking for 7 days to respond
NO response in the 7 days!!!
LBA sent 25th August
Reply recieved 28th august saying they would contact me within 7 days be it by email, letter or telephone
Letter received 7th Sept asking for 6 weeks to investigate in full.
It seems to be a standard letter that they are sending out asking for 6 weeks.
I am not sure whether to send them a letter saying that I am realise they will be busy and am willing to give them a further 7 or 14 days to refund my money or whether just to go ahead and file my claim. Are they generally taking the 6 weeks to settle? Has anyone left it for the six weeks and not filed claim?
becks x
