Default new cooker no knobs
i bought a new cooker in December last year but it had no knobs but was told they where on order and would take 2 weeks. Finally at end of july i went to store and got my money back but was dissappointed that i didnt get all the extra care money back. Useless!!!

yes it was extra care money. I was just wanting this huge cooker out of the house that had been stuck wrapped up in kitchen for 7 months

sorry, do you mean like an insurance policy? If so ask for a full refund of that as well as it is tied to the cooker
