Well got the staments and put it my claim for just under £400, on 17/11/06.
Got the FOB off letter 27/11/06 but it seems a Citi are taking a different move with mine now.
They are apparently awaiting the results of anotehr claim to "establish the legal position" before proceeding with any claims. Until then, T & Cs apply.

It states the usual trap that the OFT did not say that all such defaults are unfair: merely set a recommended threshold of £12 etc etc.
I think they are dealing differently with people here.
