what can i reclaim

Hi just received my data from citicards. Conveniently they can not find a statement for June 2004........... But now I have been looking through i need to know what i can claim. Which of the following can i claim late payment charge, over limit charge, & returned payment fee.

All three, and were you still using the account in June 04?
The returned payment is a new one on me - is it also £25?

In which case it wil prob be hard to claim anything for that month, although if you were consistently charged before and after June 04 then you may be able to include 1 or 2 chargesfor this month. But be aware that Citi question absolutely everything and without proof any estimat is likely to be taken out at the court stage.

Ok Thanks for that. Also is there a different spread sheet template for credit card charges with interest or can i use the same as for my bank?
