Question Help - Deducting GOGW off spreadsheet?
Hello everyone, just a quickie ....

Capital One have offered £160 GOGW off a claim of £484, how do I deduct this amount off my spreadsheet, I'm presuming its off the latest charges???

I'm claiming 34.40% compound interest on top of the £484 which as of today's date is £530.32. Total claim is £1014.32. My charges are from 2003 through to 2007.

I've got several claims going though Court at the moment but this is the first where I've actually been offered anything!

Time has run out for Capital One now so I'm eager to file my N1 asap.

Looking forward to hearing from anyone who could help. Thanks XX

Hi Gorge

If this is just an offer at this stage and you have not received £160 either by cheque or credited to your account, I would go ahead and file court claim for full amount. There is no doubt that if you do receive the offer Capital One will deduct at final settlement stage. Capital One made me two offers for the same amount but as I didn't accept as full and final settlement the offer did not materialise.
