Okay so I received my statements back within 3 weeks of requesting them (sent by special delivery which woke me up on Saturday mornign as I had to sign for it - so now doing em for contractual for annoying me so much)Along with statements came various other computer print outs and terms.

I have filled out the spreadsheet using 34.9% interest (from Crap 1's website). My charges from April 01 to date amount to £666.00 and using the spreadsheet (No 13) the compunded contractual interest is £1007.13 - so the total claim is £1,673.13.

Is it possible that I can email my spreadsheet to someone for checking (preferably someone who has already done it before).

Also I am right in thinking that as I am claiming contractual that I must state it in the initial request letter and not wait until applying to court like you do with the stat 8%.
