Before beginning to claim your bank charges be sure to read the FAQ by clicking the link above. Read it carefully and also read as much of the forum material as you can manage before you start claiming your bank charges refund. You will have to register before you can post or view the materials which may assist you in reclaiming your penalty charges: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below. Understand what you are doing and you will be able to Reclaim the Right more effectively.

Why don't you come and introduce yourself in the Welcome section at the top of the forum. Then have a look around the rest of it.
Do not post or start claiming until you have read the entire FAQ section and step by step guides and you have a good basic idea of what to do and of the layout of the forum.

Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 29	Where to Start Hi Ive recently asked capital one for a list charges/statements which i got within a few day (shocked? i was!). I have totalled the charges to be £420. I would like to claim contractual interest. I am in Scotland. Can anyone point me in the direction of a spreadsheet to calculate this for me. if someone could PM with it i would be very grateful. I have recently won a claim from RBOS without even totalling it up. I send a letter asking for a list of charges and they wrote to me offering £1500 which is more than i expected it to be. i know i could have probably got a bitty more but i was happy with this as it paid off the overdraft and part of this credit card. if this is successfully i will be debt free, hurrah! Thank you
