Cap 1 Help. Help. Help.

Cap 1 offered a goodwill gesture which i accepted as part payment only. They have since written back and they feel their charges are fair and legal.They are therfore not prepared to offer full amount.They tell me i now have the option to contact the FOS.What do i now do, is this there ploy to frighten me of? HELP. Reverley

Okay LBA then reiterating that the claim has only been partly settled. Then if no reply off to court we go.

I think if you read through other threads in Cap One you'll see that we've all had this standard letter (and others) which try to put us off. Don't worry, please carry on with your claim and try to read other threads as these will give you loads of useful info.
