I have recieved my statements today and the total is £320 in charges which is the same as what I owe them. So letter will be in the post asking for them back on monday.

The way I see it they can just close this account becuase what I owe them is the same as the amount of charges. So it will actually cost them nothing to cough up.
But what are the chances of that happening without protest and stalling tactics,that would be too easy wouldn't it.
