hi ho right after doing so well with hsbc am now after cap one have recieved statements today and there is £418.00 in charges between 10/02 - 10/03
right now then i want to claim interest on statements it 2.207 so have i done this correct please

2.207 x 12 = 26.48 / 365 = 0.072547

so what i have done is a have vamp spreadsheet do i just change the 0.00022 to 0.00073
is this correct before i print it off please
as it come up with £418.00 charges and £428.25 interest total £846.25

ok then update time recieved letter today from the infamous mr udy offering me the difference between £20 and £12 which is £166.00
no ref to the cont interest at this stage obviously i will be saying thanks but i will keep fighting for the rest lol
says they have ssued a cheque that will be with me in the next 14 days as account was closed ages ago

have also sent seperatley a partial offer refusal

well i recieved the cheque today for £166.00 what do i do with it as already sent lba and refusal 1 letter do i send it back lol.

anyone i still have a cheque for £166 here should i send it back or bank it now that they know im not going to settle as i sent lba and refusal nearly 2 weeks ago and no response
now then my 14 days are up on fri as we all know its a bank hol do i do claim tommorow or wait till next week we all know they are going to say no more money so would it be a prob with doing it tom

hi mcol started yesterday £418.00 charges and £446.26 cci
totaling £864.26 so cap one balance is now at £944.26 you owe me now lol

hmmmmmmmm v interesting pridiciment here i have recieved the papers from court today now then i was hoping to start court action over a week ago i tried to submit but it wouldnt accept my card (didnt know hubby had spent the last of money lol) so it didnt get filed so i done it on thurs this week the letter has come today and it says

your claim was issued on the 13th april deemed served on the 18th they have until the 2nd may
which is this weds ????????????????????????? ???????????????????


any thoughts on what to do

i know but look at the dates mcol have put it that i served nearly 2 weeks ago i only done it on thurs

Maybe worth a call on Monday to MCOL... Maybe a computer glitch their end.

Have you checked your bank account - just in case the payment did slip through, it seems that MCOL seem to have gone ahead, what happens when you go back into MCOL to check details?

right then update cap one have acknowledged the claim today now then are people getting the cci (mine is 26.48%) or is everyone being offered charges 8% & purchase int as the diff between it on mine is £244 what am i going to have to do to get the 26.48% or am i not going to get it lol help wanted please xxxx
