| Re: help pls little lost Sent Subject Access Request 16.02.07 to Capital One Credit card. I must admit I am looking forward to seeing just how much I have been charged.
You could have knocked me over with a feather when I started against A&L £4K I have claimed for. Issued and deemed served 20.02.07 so waiting for my cheque
I only asked for 8% on the A&L. I think on Cap 1 I will go for contractral int cos they have charged me at 24.89%. I have had the account since March 02.
Well I will keep you all in the loop as it goes along. I have a feeling I may be asking a few interest questions. Maths never mine strong point. |
