Hi All,

Well I've received a reply from my pre-lim. using the standard letter everyone seems to get about part payment.

When issuing the letter stating I will accept as part payment of outstanding fee's do I need to send this before the LBA or at the same time.

Hi chunky

Good luck with your claim.
