 Part compliance only HELP!!!
I have received my statements following S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) but there are 6 missing from various years plus they have not sent me any info relating to the DCA they engaged to collect payments (Equidebt, who incidentally took more payments than they should have after the account was cleared).
I have also sent them a reminder about this and that the time limit was running out but they have ignored my letters. The 40 limit has now expired on Monday last, 4/12.
What do I do now? send them an LBA as per template 2 by alanfromderby? and how do I go about getting my money back from Equidebt?
