Default Stalling

Hi All,

I sent my Request for Payment off on the 10.11 and as yet I had no response. I set the date to the 27.11 as I felt that I would give Cap One an extra day or two.

I called them just now to chase up and I was told that there is a backlog of cases and I should get a response in 7 days.

Now, not being funny but their backlog in not my problem. They were all so quick to chase me when they wanted money, now the boot is on the other foot they dont seem to want to know.

Is this just a stalling tactic and should I send the LBA off Monday morning?
