Meanwhile we always need funds Click on this message to donate I am in: Devizes Wiltshire Posts: 108	Debt collection agency Hi am just asking for a bit of advice, I have recieved the defence from the court submitted by Cap 1 and it is that they don't owe me anything cos they have already coughed up (still waiting for the cheque). I have had another letter from frederickson international demading money (letter no 3). I have phoned them and explained what is going on and that i dont owe them a penny. But they want, at my expense to send them copies of all the details before they will back off or they will take me to court. These people are very agressive; now what I want to do is let them take me to court and then i can turn up with my water tight defence and leave them with egg all over their boats. It must be Cap 1 duty to inform these parasites that I don,t owe any money and never have?
