Question Nitch v Capital One - HELP!!

Hi,

I sent my S.A.R almost 40 days ago and have still not received copies of my statements. They said that they would send all the statements/details of charges but I still have not recevied them.

Do I just estimate my charges and then send the next letter claiming the estimated charges or do I need to send another S.A.R?

Any help you can give me would be very well received.

Thankyou very much

Nitch

PS - I am posting very similar threads for 3 claims for Barclays, Barclaycard and Capital One. Hope this is OK.

Thanks for your reply. Came home to find a very fat envelope sent by Special Delivery from Capital One with pages an pages of statements. Time to get the highlighter out!

They are being very co-operative so far compared to the others I'm claiming against but don't want to speak to soon.

I'll keep you all posted on my progress

Thanks again

Hi,

Have bit of an update. Seny my letter in requesting £300 back in charges and have received a 'full and final' settlement offer of £120.

They want me to sign a letter saying I will accept but will not pursue the matter any further.

What have others done in this situation? Should I just accept it or do I risk getting nothing if I send in the LBA?

Thanks guys

Don not accept the offer as a full settlement send this letter and hold out for all your money.
