Do these people normally take forever to send all your statements?

Made a request for all CAPITAL ONE statements and sent a £10 cheque.
Had an acknowledgement letter from Katherine Blunt, but am still waiting for the actual statements - its approaching 3 and a half weeks now - is this normal?

They have 40 days to comply, and yep, lots of them leave it until the very last minute!

It was 37 days for me. I sent a letter after 30 days reminding them of their obligation and they arrived after that.

39 days for me, and that was only after ringing them. Still didn't send them all, either.

Mine arrived on 40th day.

Don't be afraid to chivvy them along after 30 days or so.

I didn;t send a letter I phoned them and asked them to send me mine I got them within 4 days that was all 6 years statements, Maybe you should try this

39th day for me, sent by special delivery

letter was dated some days before it was actually mailed, so looks like they are waiting until the last minute

they also waited nearly 8 weeks to cash the £10 cheque

already done that and still no reply in fact they have put my account over to a debt collection company

They took over 40 days. Will be penning a letter to the Information Commissioner to complain, might as well get them fined too

Yup, me too. Don't sound stroppy, just ask for statements for your records.
