Default Claiming back CHARGES

Hi All,

I have sent a letter off to my credit Card Company ( Capital One) asking for my complete transaction and banking history with them as i intend to claim back the horiffic charges they have, and continue to put on my account. They have replied and sent back all but three months of my history with them. The forty days in which they have to comply have now expired. Is what they have suppied to me satisfactory or do i still make a complaint against them? Can anyone help with my query??

Well first of all, you're not going to get much help on this in the consumer section which is probably why you've had no replies so I've moved it to the Capital One section

If you look in the templates library, you will see some templates for Data Protection Act non-compliance which you can use.
