Default that statement isn't mine, the swines!!!

I just noticed they have sent me one statement for a fellow in Acton, this is not good, I wonder if he got mine. I can see all his spending etc and this is very private information.

I would like to send it on to the guy, so he knows they have no respect for his private dealings etc.

Now can I use this mistake to my benefit with Capital One?

will do next week, I am going to send a letter to Mr Udy saying I have passed the statement onto it's owner, but I am a bit worried about not sending it back to him as I think although I'm not sure that it might be (capitals) property and the information therein belongs to the account holder.

I'm worn out after writing so many letters this week, I really need an office lol my friends always are surprised that I file everything alphabetically, but it all looks messy now.

Unfortunately you have sent me a statement for someone’s else’s account, so I have sent this onto the person and informed the Information Commissioner of your lack of confidentiality. I sincerely hope that one of my statements have not been sent to this person, as I find this to be a serious breach of confidentiality and am frankly distressed to think that my bank would treat private account information so carelessly.

I trust this clarifies my position.

Anyone got the information comm address handy
