Default new claim starts today. carlyle v cap one!

I sent my LBA today to these shysters asking for repayment to my account of the £380 in charges that they are trying to extort from me.

They are also calculating my purchase interest on the whole balance (of which most is charges) which I believe is wrong. I know they will fight but so will I.

I will also be receiveing and overlimit fee of £20 this month and each month until they refund my money. if this takes a few months it could be a good few pounds onto the total that they owe me.

Do I sent them an updated schedule of charges with correspondance then?

I noticed on my statement last week that they will be reducing future penalty charges to £12 as per the OFT ruling. This will come into effect next month.

you can add up the charges up until you get to money claim.then when you get a full settlement you can ask for any outstanding charges then.

got my letter from the imfamous mr udday. How kind that he is offering me £230 as a gesture of goodwill given that I have been so silly with my account and ignored the credit and charges agreement stating the cost of not running my account properly!

I am telling him that I would prefer the full amount that has been stolen from me and I will settle for nothing less.

Cant wait now!
